Samty Asset Management Co., Ltd. is the real estate management company in charge of the real estate asset management business of the Samty Group.
We have steadily built up a strong track record as an asset management company since our establishment in August 2007 as the company undertaking asset management operations for a private real estate fund, becoming a member of the Samty Group in November 2012 and Daiwa Securities Group Inc. took a stake in May 2019.

Meanwhile, Samty Residential Investment Corporation (securities code: 3459), which entrusts us with the management of its assets for investment in accommodation assets (including rental housing) in a broad range of cities across Japan, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s J-REIT market in June 2015 and has since grown in asset size from the initial 30 billion yen to now exceed 170 billion yen thanks to all the support.
