- Basic Policy for Prevention of Damage Caused by Antisocial Forces
In order to prevent damage caused by antisocial forces, the Company shall promote efforts to have no relationship whatsoever with antisocial forces based on the following policy.
Article 1Unreasonable demands by antisocial forces can cause a sense of anxiety and fear in people's minds, and piecemeal response to these demands by a single responsible person or department without established standards of conduct may force compliance with the demands. Therefore, specific standards of conduct shall be established in the form of internal rules, and the entire organization, including top management such as representative directors, shall take action, rather than leaving response decisions to the interfacing person or department.
Article 2We shall ensure the safety of employees who are faced with unreasonable demands by antisocial forces.
Article 3In preparation for unreasonable demands by antisocial forces, the Company shall establish close cooperative relationships with external professional organizations such as the police, the National Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, and attorneys at law.
Article 4The Company shall not have any relationship, including business relationships, with antisocial forces. In addition, unreasonable demands by antisocial forces shall be rejected.
Article 5The Company will take legal action, both civil and criminal, against unreasonable demands by antisocial forces.
Article 6The Company will never engage in backroom deals to cover up an incident, even if unreasonable demands by antisocial forces are caused by misconduct in our business activities or misconduct of our employees.
Article 7The Company shall never provide funds to antisocial forces.
